Requirements
Must:
β’ Masterβs degree or doctoral degree from a university in the area of computer science, information technology, or electrical engineering ideally with a focus on AI
β’ Technical expertise
β¦ Deep mathematical understanding of advanced topics in ML and deep learning
β¦ Several years of experience in applied ML
β¦ Strong development skills in a major ML framework (e.g. PyTorch)
β¦ Knowledge and experience in techniques for developing, training, optimizing and deploying ML models for server, desktop and mobile applications.
β¦ Experience in general software development, e.g. C/# or C++
β’ Languages
β¦ English (fluently written and spoken)
β¦ German (at least fluently spoken)
β’ Passionate solver of complex problems
β’ Independent thinker and communicative teamplayer
β’ Resident in the greater Zurich area
Nice to have:
β’ Knowledge and experience in advanced training and ML development techniques β’ Several years experience in software development with Python, C/# and C++Responsibilities
In this position you will:
β’ Design, develop, and deploy ML models with a focus on structured data and LLMs
β’ Finetune, optimize, and deploy existing ML models
β’ Build and manage CI/CD pipelines and oversee the full model lifecycle
β’ Continuously evaluate and integrate state-of-the-art research
β’ Work on a complex and broad field of problems where quality and processing speed are essential
β’ Work and contribute in our specialist team of experienced engineers
β’ Be involved in the entire software cycle and scope including design, development, maintenance, quality assurance, devops, technical customer support, and documentation
β’ Have an impact on real-world problems and contribute to technical customer support for developers
