Requirements
Must:
Du bringst technisches Know-how, analytisches Denken und Teamgeist mit. Folgende Qualifikationen zeichnen Dich aus:
• Abgeschlossene Ausbildung in Informatik, Informationstechnologie oder einem verwandten Bereich
• Erfahrung mit Windows-Systemen, Virtualisierung (Hyper-V), MS365, Azure und SharePoint
• Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse

Deine Rolle – vielseitig und verantwortungsvoll
Als System Engineer bist Du zentrale Ansprechperson fĂĽr technische Anliegen und gestaltest die Weiterentwicklung unserer ICT-Landschaft aktiv mit. Dabei erwarten Dich folgende Aufgaben:
• Analyse und Bearbeitung von Kundenanfragen sowie technischer Support für Benutzer
• Dokumentation und Erstellung von Knowledge-Artikeln
• Lösung komplexer technischer Herausforderungen im 2nd und 3rd Level Support
• Fehlerdiagnose anhand von Logs, Protokollen und Berichten
• Leitung von Teilprojekten im ICT-Bereich
