We are looking for a proactive, self-motivated and enthusiastic individual who’s comfortable in a high-paced scale-up environment. In addition, we are looking for certain requirements and skills to establish a good person-job-fit: - Previous experience with university mentorship or preparing educational materials for different target groups - Experience (or eagerness to learn) in LMS platforms, video editing, and e-learning design - Previous experiences with HTML/CSS, ideally in the context of design work - Interest and passion for cybersecurity and the culture of a fast-growing scale-up culture - A strong eye for detail and design – whether it’s structuring learning content or fine-tuning visuals Language skills: Fluent English (written and spoken) is mandatory, German is a plus

Responsibilities

As a Cybersecurity Training Intern, you will be a core member of our Presales & Deployment and thus closely collaborate with our internal stakeholders for the learning management system. You will work closely with our team to bring our Learning Management System (LMS) to life. You will play a key role in transforming technical cybersecurity knowledge into engaging, high-quality learning experiences for our partners and customers In particular, you will: - Customize and brand our LMS platform using HTML/CSS - Create and structure interactive learning paths tailored to different user roles within our partner and customer ecosystem. - Write clear, concise, and technically sound training content and documentation - Script, record, and edit cybersecurity training videos for LMS delivery - Collaborate with technical experts to translate complex topics into digestible modules - Continuously improve the LMS layout and user experience with attention to design and detail - Ensure training materials are aligned with Exeon’s tone, style, and branding - Contribute to testing, feedback collection, and ongoing platform optimization.
