Requirements
Must:
- Excellente maîtrise de Windows 10/11 en environnement VDI : GPO, security hardening, benchmark CIS.
- Expertise confirmée en Citrix Virtual Apps & Desktops, provisioning, policies, optimisation dimages.
- Solide compétence sur FSLogix : tuning avancé, troubleshooting, gestion des containers.
- Connaissances pratiques en performance VDI : monitoring, sizing, analyse de charge, impact storage.
- Expérience sur Nutanix ou toute autre plateforme hyperconvergée (fort atout), avec une capacité à documenter, communiquer clairement et travailler en autonomie.
Responsibilities
- Construire, maintenir et optimiser la Golden Image Windows 11, en appliquant les meilleures pratiques VDI.
- Revoir, mettre à jour et durcir les GPO dédiées VDI (CIS Benchmark, sécurité, performance).
- Optimiser et ajuster les paramètres FSLogix (profils, containers, temps de login/logoff).
- Analyser la performance et capacité de la plateforme (CPU/RAM/Storage) et évaluer limpact Windows 11 sur linfrastructure VDI.
- Valider la compatibilité Windows 11 avec les composants Citrix (VDA, Gateway, SSO/MFA), et produire une documentation technique complète pour les équipes opérationnelles.
