Requirements
Must:
- Minimum 5 à 10 ans dexpérience en téléphonie unifiée
- Expertise confirmée sur Microsoft Teams
- Maîtrise de Teams Connect, Direct Routing, SBC (AudioCodes, Ribbon ou équivalent)
- Excellente compréhension des environnements VoIP (SIP, RTP, codecs, QoS, survivabilité)
- Capacité à intervenir dans des contextes multi-sites
- Anglais professionnel
Responsibilities
- Concevoir et challenger larchitecture de téléphonie Microsoft Teams
- Déployer et configurer la téléphonie Teams à échelle multi-filiales
- Intégrer et sécuriser les SBC et trunks (routage, SIP, QoS, tests et recettes)
- Assurer un support expert niveau L3 sur les incidents complexes
- Accompagner et coordonner les équipes IT locales et partenaires avec transfert de compétences structuré
