Requirements
Must:
- Formation en informatique / exploitation IT ou expérience équivalente en environnement de production.
- À laise avec les procédures, la gestion des priorités et le reporting.
- Français langue maternelle et bon niveau danglais (technique et opérationnel).
- Profil rigoureux, autonome, orienté service.
- Résidence actuelle située à maximum 30 minutes de Lausanne.
Responsibilities
- Assurer la surveillance et le contrôle des systèmes informatiques (infrastructure, applications, réseaux, sauvegardes).
- Détecter, qualifier et suivre les incidents, de louverture du ticket jusquà la résolution, dans le respect des procédures.
- Participer à la restauration des services via des actions techniques documentées.
- Mettre à jour et maintenir les données de configuration (CMDB) et la documentation opérationnelle.
- Intervenir sur site (campus et data centers) pour des opérations techniques et du support de proximité.
