Requirements
Must:
- CFC with approximately 2 years of experience in IT support
- Good knowledge of Windows workstation environments
- Technical English and knowledge of German are a plus
- Good open personality, rigorous
- Driving license and residence near Fribourg
Responsibilities
- Prepare, install, and configure workstations, peripherals, and equipment
- Provide N1/N2 support: diagnose and resolve software and network incidents
- Manage the lifecycle of equipment: deployment, replacement, and re-commissioning
- Contribute to the management and updating of the software and license inventory
- Accompany and train users in the handling of tools and best practices
