Requirements
Must:
- DiplĂ´me professionnel ou universitaire en Technologie (CFC, Bachelor ou Ă©quivalent)
- Expérience similaire en support IT (L1/L2)
- Maîtrise des environnements Windows et macOS
- Connaissance des outils Microsoft, M365
- Maîtrise de langlais et du français
- Compétences personnelles : Soutenant, Orienté vers les objectifs, Énergique
Responsibilities
- Fournir un support L1/L2 pour les ordinateurs portables, les comptes, M365 et les outils de productivité
- RĂ©soudre les tickets rapidement
- Préparer, configurer et déployer des appareils Windows et macOS pour les nouvelles recrues lors de lintégration
- Gérer les comptes (intégration/désintégration)
- Effectuer un inventaire informatique incluant des ordinateurs portables, des téléphones mobiles et divers équipements
- Assurer un dépannage réseau de base
- Garantir le respect des exigences de sécurité des appareils
Description
Nous sommes une start-up médicale high-tech située à Lausanne et nous recherchons un Support IT L1 & L2 pour rejoindre notre équipe. Ce poste est un contrat à temps plein de 6 mois, débutant dès que possible. Vous jouerez un rôle clé dans le bon fonctionnement de nos opérations quotidiennes et fournirez une assistance technique de haute qualité à 150 employés dans le monde entier.
