Requirements
Must:
- Une formation en informatique
- Bonne capacité à suivre des procédures strictes.
- Maîtrise de la gestion des priorités et du reporting.
- Formation dopérateur en informatique ou équivalent.
- Français (langue maternelle).
- Bon niveau danglais.
Responsibilities
- Surveiller et contrôler létat des composants des systèmes dinformation et valider les sauvegardes.
- Détecter les incidents, documenter les tickets, évaluer leur impact et suivre leur résolution.
- Rétablir le fonctionnement de linfrastructure informatique en exécutant des tâches techniques documentées.
- Mettre à jour les éléments de la base de données des configurations (CMDB) et maintenir les informations planifiées.
