Requirements
Must:
- Higher education degree (Bachelor or Master) in Salesforce or ERP systems
- In-depth knowledge of Salesforce
- Keen interest in IT governance and compliance
- Perfect command of French and English
- Great autonomy and versatility
- Ability to quickly upskill on new processes
Responsibilities
- Support the business and technological aspects of the company
- Manage business tools, compliance monitoring, and processes
- Ensure compliance and efficient processes with critical systems
- Manage Salesforce workflows and Salesforce Shield
- Handle tickets for complex developments with external partners
- Monitor ERP projects on Business Central
- Actively contribute to IT compliance (ISO, SOC 2, SOX)
- Write process documentation and procedures
- Collect evidence for controls
- Manage access rights and data protection on M365 and Box
- Document and improve business processes
Description
We are a dynamic and growing player looking for a graduate to support our team as a Business Analyst. You will play a key role in supporting both business and technological aspects within our organization. This is a full-time position for 6 months, with the possibility of long-term extension.
