Requirements
Must:
- Formation en informatique (CFC, Bac+2 ou Ă©quivalent).
- Maîtrise des environnements Windows 10/11 et Microsoft 365.
- Gestion des comptes via Active Directory.
- Bonnes notions réseaux (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN).
- Expérience avec un outil de ticketing (ServiceNow, GLPI, JIRA ou équivalent).
- Outils de prise en main Ă distance (SCCM, Intune, TeamViewer, RDP).
- Langues :
- Français : courant.
- Anglais courant obligatoire (minimum B2) capacité à gérer tickets et appels en anglais.
Responsibilities
- Rattaché(e) au responsable IT, vous serez en charge d’assurer le support technique aux utilisateurs et de contribuer à la bonne continuité des services informatiques.
Support Niveau 1 :
- Réception, qualification et traitement des demandes (téléphone, mail, outil de ticketing).
- Assistance aux utilisateurs sur le poste de travail, les outils bureautiques et la messagerie.
- Gestion des accès et droits utilisateurs (Active Directory, Exchange).
- Escalade des incidents complexes vers le N2/N3.
Support Niveau 2 :
- Diagnostic et résolution des incidents techniques avancés (OS, réseau, applications métiers).
- Dépannage à distance ou sur site (hardware, software, imprimantes, VPN, connectivité).
- Installation et configuration des postes de travail, périphériques et applications.
- Mise à jour de la documentation technique et participation à l'amélioration des processus.
