Requirements
Must:
• Solid track record in designing and implementing AI-driven quantitative trading strategies.
• Advanced degree (Master’s or PhD) in Computer Science, Mathematics, Physics, or similar.
• Proven leadership experience guiding technical and research teams.
• Proficiency in managing full software development cycles and engineering best practices.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to explain complex topics clearly.
Nice to have:
• Hands-on experience deploying complex machine learning systems into production. • Background in software engineering with successful project delivery. • In-depth understanding of financial markets and trading products. • Familiarity with cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or GCP.Responsibilities
• Drive the creation and deployment of robust and scalable trading algorithms.
• Lead a multi-disciplinary team of AI researchers, data scientists, and engineers.
• Collaborate across business functions to align technology with strategic goals.
• Engage with clients and partners in the financial industry.
You’ll be heading up efforts on a sophisticated FinTech platform designed for data hosting, algorithm development, and strategy testing—supporting partnerships with leading asset managers.
