Requirements
Must:
- You have successfully completed a University degree (Master's, MBA or PhD) in IT, engineering, or a related field.
- You have at least three years of experience writing functional detail specification and documentation (using Jira & Confluence).
- You know how to collaborate closely with cross-functional teams (e.g. architecture, designers, testing) to ensure the product meets customer needs is delivered on time.
- You have experience creating and prioritising a product backlog (a list of features and requirements) that aligns with the product vision and goals and know to continuously refine it based on feedback.
- You have experience creating BPMNs in alignment with the technical team and you maintain a deep understanding of the business E2E process.
- You ideally have experience working as a product owner and/or business analyst in previous roles.
- You enjoy working in a big team and you communicate confidently in German and English.
Responsibilities
- You will support exciting large-scale projects in Switzerland and abroad.
- You will accompany clients from the conceptual design of initial (system) requirements to successful implementation in operations, gaining an understanding of businesses' E2E processes.
- You will be working on sub-project manager tasks within the scope of new implementations.
- You will design and extend SAP standard software solutions.
- You will be working on the development of customer applications and the integration of various software solutions.
