Requirements
Must:
3+ years of professional software development experience with a strong focus on Rust.
Solid understanding of software engineering principles, algorithms, and data structures.
Experience with databases (SQL/PostgreSQL) and version control (Git).
Background in blockchain, cryptography, or distributed systems is highly desirable.
Knowledge of C++ or Go is a plus.
Familiarity with Rust frameworks such as Actix, Jsonrpsee, Alloy, or Sqlx is advantageous.
Experience with modern workflows (CI/CD, automated testing, peer code reviews).
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work effectively in a collaborative, remote-first environment.
Excellent communication skills in English.
Responsibilities
Design and develop backend services and core components in Rust.
Write efficient, safe, and maintainable code using modern development practices.
Participate in architectural discussions and contribute to technical solutions.
Debug, test, and optimize applications for performance and scalability.
Collaborate with engineers and stakeholders to translate requirements into practical solutions.
Take part in code reviews and knowledge-sharing initiatives within the team.
