Exigences
Obligatoire:
At least 5 years of experience in a similar position, ideally in a banking environment
Solid analytical and problem-solving abilities
Demonstrated understanding of Software Project Management processes, strategies and methods
Excellent communication and coordination skills, comfortable to give and receive feedback
Basic computer science practical experience (basic usage of SQL, QA, experience using a script language and/or ability to understand Java code) or motivation to learn
Fluent in English, French is an asset
Responsabilités
Our products and services are expanding, therefore we are looking for a Technical Project Manager to join our teams within the Software Engineering Department.
Thanks to your proactive attitude and leadership, your mission will consist of ensuring coordination and alignment between the different internal stakeholders involved and the Software Engineers to help them building and deliver efficient and relevant technical solutions.
Your daily job will look as follow:
- Collaborate closely with Software Engineers, IT Operations, Business Analysts and internal business stakeholders to define solutions and to get high-quality products through the whole software project life-cycle (plan, build, test and release on time)
- Manage projects delivery, identify possible risks and communicate them to project stakeholders in a clear and constructive manner
- Provide the required hands-on software development and project management, cross-teams coordination to deliver outstanding product outcomes
- Communicate with the external partners and participate in due diligence process
