Exigences
Obligatoire:
- Masters degree in Computer Science or equivalent
- Strong interest in Software Engineering and technical leadership as a single point of contact for the reporting design solution
- Ability to work autonomously, make technical decisions, and manage a full scope independently
- Strong interest in technical leadership and complex problem solving
- Fast learner, especially with reporting/documentation tools
- Motivation to explore a new domain
- Strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills
- Team oriented but fully autonomous when needed
- Banking sector knowledge is an asset
- Fluency in French and English
Responsabilités
- Design and develop innovative features meeting performance, security, and quality standards
- Lead the technical vision: best practices, standards, and architecture for the reporting platform
- Rapidly learn reporting/document design tools and act as the team expert
- Manage requirements analysis, propose technical solutions, and deliver end-to-end implementations
- Conduct thorough testing, ensure reliability, and anticipate risks
- Contribute to the strategic evolution of the platform
