Obligatoire:
Join a high-tech robotics project where innovative hardware meets tailor-made software. As the Product Owner, you will drive the product vision and ensure that both hardware and software developments align with client requirements and business goals.
Requirements
Proven experience as a Product Owner in industrial automation, robotics, or similar engineering-driven environments.
Strong understanding of agile methodologies, preferably with SAFe experience.
Certified Product Owner (Scrum Alliance or Scrum.org).
Technical understanding of software–hardware interactions and middleware logic.
Experience with RabbitMQ or similar message-passing systems is an advantage.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Fluent in English and German.

Responsibilities
Take ownership of the product backlog for one of the two newly formed development teams.
Define, prioritize, and refine user stories in collaboration with the development team and stakeholders.
Ensure alignment between software, middleware, and hardware requirements.
Act as the voice of the customer, ensuring business value delivery through each sprint.
Collaborate with the Scrum Master to ensure smooth sprint planning and execution.
Participate in SAFe and Scrum ceremonies and support coordination with other teams and external frontend providers.
Communicate effectively with stakeholders to manage expectations and report progress.
