Solid background in UX/UI or Product Design with a portfolio that demonstrates ownership of complex, data heavy B2B SaaS products end to end - Proven Startup or Scaleup Experience: You have been the first or only designer at a startup or scaleup before. You know what it means to build from zero, without a team behind you - Hands On Senior Mindset: You are a senior designer who chooses to stay close to the work, not someone looking to delegate execution - Engineer Collaboration: You work shoulder to shoulder with engineering teams, you speak their language, understand technical constraints and treat dev handoff as a partnership not a transaction - Complex Data & Analytical Interfaces: Demonstrable experience designing analytical, data heavy B2B platforms
