Solution Architect

The essence of the Solutions Architect role is the conversion of particular requirements into an architecture and design that will become the blueprint for the solution being deployed globally. The Solutions Architect is expected to provide motivation and guidance to the Sales, Product Management, Segment Experts, Local Development, Professional Service, and Customer Care teams during the solution life cycle of the solutions offered in our segments Care, Cure, and Enterprise. The Solutions Architect plays a crucial role in ensuring that the solution architecture has standard design tooling.
