Head of AI Hub

- At least 5 years of experience in AI, digital transformation, with a strong understanding of modern machine learning, data platforms, and automation technologies - Proven, inspirational leadership of organization-wide AI or innovation initiatives, with experience motivating multidisciplinary teams in complex or matrixed environments - Demonstrated ability to drive strategic change - you can communicate clearly at the executive level, align diverse teams, and shape decision-making to accelerate adoption of AI - Experience building and scaling internal AI capabilities such as AI hubs, Centers of Excellence, or enterprise AI programs - Strong partnership skills with international product and engineering teams and their leadership (e.g., integrating AI into agile processes and scrum workflows) - Ability to translate complex data and technical concepts into clear business value, connecting AI opportunities with measurable outcomes - Ideally a Bachelors degree (or higher) in a relevant field such as Computer Science, Data Science/AI/Machine Learning, Information Systems, Engineering, or Business Administration with a strong technology focus - Full professional proficiency in English, German or French are a plus
