About the role WellD is looking for a Monitoring Engineer to join a key client project in the enterprise sector. In this role, you’ll work on-site (hybrid model) as part of the client’s technical team, responsible for configuring, maintaining, and optimizing monitoring systems that ensure stability, security, and high performance across critical IT services. As a consulting position, you will collaborate with development, infrastructure, and security teams in a complex, structured environment. Where you’ll work The position is based in Southern Switzerland, with a hybrid on-site/remote setup (4 days per week in the office and 1 day working remotely). Workplace flexibility is valued; however, our priority remains our clients and teams. Please note that the remote work policy may be subject to change in accordance with Swiss and cross-border legislation.
