Exigences

Obligatoire:
- Degree in finance, law, economics, or a related field. - At least 3–5 years of experience in regulatory reporting or a similar role. - In-depth knowledge of Swiss and international transactional reporting. - Expertise in communication with authorities (FINMA, SIX). - Experience with reporting platforms and systems. - Understanding of financial products (derivatives, equities, bonds). - Ability to interpret regulatory texts and draft technical specifications. - Strong understanding of operational workflows in financial institutions. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills. - Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment. - Analytical mindset, attention to detail, and rigor. - A collaborative team player with a proactive attitude. - Proficiency in English (written and spoken).

The financial and banking industry is a regulated field and requires professionals dedicated to regulatory reporting. Swissquote operates in an international environment with multiple entities and regulatory requirements. To strengthen our team, we are looking for an experienced Regulatory Reporting Analyst to monitor developments in Swiss and international regulatory reporting requirements (such as SIX transaction reports, EMIR, MiFID, CFTC, etc.), assess the need for new implementations, and oversee current processes to ensure ongoing compliance with applicable regulations. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the regulatory framework, solid legal knowledge to interpret the requirements, and operational expertise to ensure effective execution. **Regulatory Reporting Management:** - Prepare and submit regulatory reports in compliance with EMIR, FINFRAG, and SIX frameworks. - Ensure data accuracy, quality, and timely submissions. **Monitoring and Compliance:** - Stay informed of regulatory developments affecting the financial sector and assess their impact on internal processes. - Collaborate with legal teams to interpret new regulations and ensure their proper implementation. **Process Improvement:** - Identify and recommend enhancements to reporting systems and processes for efficiency and compliance. - Participate in the configuration and maintenance of reporting systems (automation, internal controls, etc.). **Collaboration and Training:** - Act as the primary contact between legal, operational, and financial teams on compliance-related matters. - Train internal teams on new regulatory requirements and best practices in reporting. **Audit and Controls Management:** - Provide data and analysis for internal and external audits. - Liaise with regulators and counterparties for inspections or specific requests.
