Senior Frontend Engineer (Remote)

The Role Frontend development is being reinvented, and we want someone leading that charge at Scalera. You'll use AI tooling to ship at a pace that raises the bar for the whole team, while bringing real UI/UX craft to a complex product that rewards it. You'll work directly with users, own the experience end-to-end, and define what great looks like at Scalera. The problems we work on are rarely solved with off-the-shelf tools. We value engineers who are comfortable exploring, iterating, and discovering the right solution through experimentation. What You’ll Do * Lead frontend development with React and Next.js, building interfaces that make AI-driven procurement workflows accessible and intuitive. * Collaborate with backend engineers on API contracts and integrations, ensuring seamless data flow between services and UI. * Own frontend performance, accessibility, and code quality — setting standards and maintaining them as the product scales. * Work directly with users and customers to understand pain points and translate them into product improvements. * Ship features end-to-end: from problem discovery through implementation, testing, and production. * Contribute to UI/UX decisions. You don't need to be a designer, but you should have strong instincts for what makes a complex interface work.
