Exigences
Obligatoire:
4+ years of professional experience in quantitative development, data science, or trading systems
Strong programming skills in C++ and/or C# (Python/Java/.NET is a plus)
Experience working close to trading, research, or front-office teams
Solid understanding of financial markets, trading workflows, or systematic strategies
Proven ability to design and maintain production-grade systems
Strong problem-solving skills, ownership mindset, and attention to quality
Agréable d'avoir:
Experience in low-latency, high-performance, or electronic trading environments Exposure to HFT, market access systems, FIX, gateways, or execution infrastructure Knowledge of crypto markets, DeFi, DEXs, or on-chain data Background in commodities, energy, or alternative data Experience building or maintaining data pipelines and analytics tooling Familiarity with Linux, networking, or cloud-based infrastructureResponsabilités
Design, develop, and maintain quantitative and trading systems used in live environments
Collaborate closely with traders, quants, and researchers to support systematic strategies
Build and optimise data pipelines, analytics, and execution logic
Work with real-time and batch data, including market, alternative, or on-chain sources
Contribute to architecture and system design decisions
Ensure reliability, scalability, and performance of production systems
Take ownership of problems from research to deployment

You’ll join a fast-moving, production-focused environment where your work has direct impact on live trading and investment decisions. Depending on your background, the role may lean more towards quant development (C++, low-latency systems) or data science and research (Python, alternative data, analytics), while remaining closely connected to trading activity. We are looking for strong engineers with a quantitative mindset, as well as data scientists who enjoy working close to production systems and real-world markets.
