Solution Architect, Supply Chain and Product

- Degree in business informatics / computer science and business administration or process management education (university, university of applied sciences, bachelor or equivalent). - Professional certification is a plus (SAFe, Scrum). - At least 5 years of relevant professional experience in the business process area of: Procurement and at least 3 years of experience in project management or requirement engineering/process modelling. - Personality with good self management / time management skills. - Team player with good consulting skills, can do mentality and deliver to promise attitude. - Hands-on problem solving mentality, especially in technical parts. - Good analytical, conceptional, problem solving skills and an ownership / entrepreneurial thinking. - Keen understanding of, and experience with, the balance between quick fixes and long-term viability in the face of limited resources. - High flexibility / eagerness to learn new skills in terms of technology and business processes. - Strong communication and adaptability, ability to act as a change agent. - Fluent in English, German is desirable. - Excellent knowledge in Scrum, SAFe, Cloud Platforms, Middleware & integration solutions (like Lobster, API-Mgmt, etc.) and MS Dynamics 365 F&O, experience with Confluence / Jira is a plus.
