Exigences
Obligatoire:
- Masters degree in technical field or equivalent practical experience, a Microsoft AI Learning Hub certification is desirable
- Experience deploying and maintaining AI Agents/Workflows and bridging between technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Familiarity with APIs and basic integrations
- Ability to test, debug, and validate AI outputs in a structured way
- Experience delivering technical training and facilitating workshops is a plus
- Hands-on and self-motivated personality with a structured, organized, and methodical working style, and strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Critical thinking, effective planning, and clear written and verbal communication skills
- Fluent in English; German and French are a plus
- Strong knowledge in Microsoft Copilot, Microsoft PowerAutomate or similar, and Microsoft AI Foundry
- Passion for Outdoor Sports in general
Responsabilités
- Design, build, test, document, deploy, and maintain AI agents and Automation Workflows under the guidance of a supervisor
- Research, evaluate, and test emerging AI tools, platforms, and frameworks, documenting findings and providing structured recommendations
- Contribute to organizational upskilling initiatives by planning, organizing, and delivering AI training sessions, workshops, and learning materials for different audiences
- Engage with stakeholders across the organization to gather requirements and align AI & Automation initiatives with business goals
- Understand existing business processes and workflows, applying project management principles to drive successful AI & Automation projects
