Exigences
Obligatoire:
- Completing a Master degree, preferably in Finance, Economics, or a related field.
- Strong interest in asset management and willingness to learn about investment products and strategies.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Motivated to contribute and support in business development efforts.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English (French is a plus).
- Curious and willing to learn about the industry.
- A proactive attitude and eagerness to work in a collaborative environment.
Responsabilités
- Assist in researching, drafting, and editing responses to RFPs, RFIs, DDQs, and reporting requests.
- Collaborate across teams including Sales, Marketing, Portfolio Management, Operations, Performance, Compliance, and Legal to gather metrics, information and ensure content is accurate and compelling.
- Support the coordination and timely delivery of RFP documents.
- Coordinate and assist in updating standard information documents on our company and investment products.
- Help respond to ad hoc requests from different business units.
- Gain exposure to asset classes and become familiar with LOIMs investment solutions.
- Support the team to maintain the RFP database (Loopio) and enhance the content library.
