Exigences
Obligatoire:
• Master’s degree or doctoral degree from a university in the area of computer science, information technology, or electrical engineering ideally with a focus on AI
• Technical expertise
â—¦ Deep mathematical understanding of advanced topics in ML and deep learning
â—¦ Several years of experience in applied ML
â—¦ Strong development skills in a major ML framework (e.g. PyTorch)
â—¦ Knowledge and experience in techniques for developing, training, optimizing and deploying ML models for server, desktop and mobile applications.
â—¦ Experience in general software development, e.g. C/# or C++
• Languages
â—¦ English (fluently written and spoken)
â—¦ German (at least fluently spoken)
• Passionate solver of complex problems
• Independent thinker and communicative teamplayer
• Resident in the greater Zurich area

In this position you will:
• Design, develop, and deploy ML models with a focus on structured data and LLMs
• Finetune, optimize, and deploy existing ML models
• Build and manage CI/CD pipelines and oversee the full model lifecycle
• Continuously evaluate and integrate state-of-the-art research
• Work on a complex and broad field of problems where quality and processing speed are essential
• Work and contribute in our specialist team of experienced engineers
• Be involved in the entire software cycle and scope including design, development, maintenance, quality assurance, devops, technical customer support, and documentation
• Have an impact on real-world problems and contribute to technical customer support for developers
• Grow together with the sustainable growth of the company
