Anforderungen
Muss:
- Masters degree in Telecommunications or Electrical Engineering
- 5+ years of experience in core Voice Network
- 3+ years of experience leading small or medium-sized projects in the Telco domain
- Strong expertise in Circuit-Switched (CS) and IMS
- Hands-on experience working on live networks
- Capability in defining core network architectures and evolution
- Understanding of cloud environments and challenges
- Experience with Nokia core network equipment is a plus
- Continuous learner mindset: curious, self-driven, resourceful
- Ability to define a long-term vision and strategy
- Grounded technology intuition
- Decisive yet thoughtful approach to problem-solving
- Excellent analytical and abstract thinking skills
- Strong teamwork skills and ability to collaborate with colleagues and vendors
- Excellent communication skills, capable of simplifying complex concepts for senior management and non-technical audiences
- Approachable, friendly, proactive, and committed to continuous improvement
- Fluency in English (C1), additional languages are a plus
Verantwortlichkeiten
- Lead small to medium-sized projects within the Core Network
- Engage in architectural discussions with core network vendors
- Define required evolutions in Salts core internal technical forums
- Resolve complex issues and shape future vendor technical proposals
- Finalize vendor scopes of work, ensuring readiness for commercial discussions
- Steer the 3-year Core Network Software & Hardware roadmap
- Prepare clear and impactful presentations for internal stakeholders and external partners
- Collaborate with domain experts across the core network to build a shared vision and internal consensus
- Take full responsibility for technical decisions in selected projects
- Lead initiatives to deliver architectures and processes effectively
