Anforderungen
Muss:
• Extensive hands-on experience in building and operating backend services and infrastructure, particularly with Java Spring Boot and Python, deployed on AWS using Infrastructure as Code (IaC) practices
• Practical expertise in integrating AI services, including third-party solutions, as well as strong interest in generative AI technologies (LLMs, RAG architectures, APIs, vector databases).
• A hands-on, pragmatic approach paired with extensive experience in solution design and software architecture
• Business-fluent English and good solid spoken and written German or French (min. C1) to collaborate effectively in a national environment
Verantwortlichkeiten
• Further develop and ensure the reliable, efficient and secure operation of the unified AI infrastructure
• Integrate and standardise third-party and internally developed AI services within the common AI infrastructure
• Development and configuration of AI services (including LLMs, RAG components and API integrations)
• Continuously evolve the architecture, solution design and technology stack in close collaboration with the team

Beschreibung
Your mission The National AI Service Team integrates and develops AI services and operates the central AI infrastructure that serves as their backbone. This unified infrastructure enables the reusability of AI services by providing standardised and easy access to them across the organisation. The team also integrates third-party AI solutions and services and develops its own AI services on the common platform. In addition, they provide technical expertise and guidance to ensure the successful implementation of AI initiatives throughout the organisation. You will work in an interdisciplinary, interregional and agile team, using a modern technology stack in the cloud.
