Anforderungen
Muss:
âś” Strong background in AI and Machine Learning, particularly in applying AI to business or legal workflows.
âś” Hands-on experience developing or integrating AI solutions for document automation, contract analysis, or data retrieval.
âś” Ability to communicate complex AI concepts to non-technical professionals and align AI initiatives with business strategy.
âś” Familiarity with large language models (LLMs), retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), and AI-powered workflow optimization.
âś” A proactive, problem-solving mindset with a passion for driving digital transformation.
Gut zu haben:
🔹 Strong preference for candidates based in Bratislava, Budapest, Prague or Vienna. 🔹 Understanding of natural language processing (NLP), prompt engineering, or knowledge graphs. 🔹 Experience working with enterprise IT systems and integrating AI solutions into workflows. 🔹 Background in legal tech, professional services, or AI ethics and compliance. 🔹 Experience leading AI implementation projects from research to deployment.Verantwortlichkeiten
