Anforderungen
Muss:
- Proven experience in IT/OT infrastructure project management
- Strong knowledge of IT and OT architecture, security, and compliance requirements
- Familiarity with infrastructure topics such as servers, firewalls, LAN/WAN, and data centers
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Experience in Pharma or other validated production industries
- Degree in IT or engineering; PMP or Prince2 certification preferred
- Professional fluency in English alongside a solid command of German (B2 level or higher)
Verantwortlichkeiten
- Plan, oversee, and lead IT/OT infrastructure projects across local, regional, and global scopes
- Manage project delivery throughout the lifecycle, ensuring compliance with Lonza standards
- Engage with cross-functional teams and departments to implement infrastructure solutions
- Oversee budgets, timelines, milestones, and stakeholder communication
- Identify risks and implement mitigation strategies
- Facilitate effective communication with internal and external stakeholders, including senior management
- Maintain project documentation and support continuous improvement initiatives
