Anforderungen
Muss:
- Higher education (Bachelors or Masters), or a title deemed equivalent.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience as a network engineer or in a similar role, ideally in a complex environment.
- Knowledge in routing and switching on Cisco equipment.
- Good knowledge of Fortinet Firewall technologies or equivalent (clusters, zoning, L4/L7 filtering).
- CCNA or CCNP is highly desired.
- Experience with Aruba Wi-Fi solutions or equivalent is a plus.
- Knowledge of NAC is a plus.
- Familiarity with scripting, tools, and management is a plus.
- Familiar with Microsoft, Linux technologies, and open source tools.
- Customer-oriented and service-minded (listening, availability, respect, responsiveness).
- Team spirit and collaborative work ethic.
- Good oral and written communication, rigor, structured, methodical, responsive.
- Respects and enforces the operational procedures of FHVi.
- French: Fluent in spoken and written, confident writing skills.
- English: Professional expression with ease.
Verantwortlichkeiten
- Processing service requests from our establishments and business managers (ticket management, network, and security tools).
- Managing incidents on the FHVi network and those of partner network for new medical and technical solutions (PCs, servers, IoT devices, mobility, etc.).
- In charge of monitoring, you will ensure the performance and availability of the network.
- Working on LAN (wired and Wi-Fi), WAN evolution projects, new network and security standards on site.
- Managing network security (filtering, NAC, backup service).

Our mission includes planning, designing, implementing, and operating IT systems for our partners. With a team of over 130 individuals and a network spread across more than 100 workstations, we support our members in the digital health sector.
