Anforderungen
Muss:
- Bachelors degree or equivalent
- Proven expertise in SAP (S/4 HANA) for the mentioned areas (minimum 3 years of experience)
- Good accounting knowledge (ideally in the public sector)
- Ability to understand and gather business needs (business analyst role)
- Knowledge of tools for supplier invoices (a plus)
- Knowledge of the SAP AIF Interface Framework
- General knowledge of project management methodologies (Hermes, Agile)
- Good writing skills and fluency in French, both written and oral, with good knowledge of English (technical language required). German is an asset.
Verantwortlichkeiten
- Ensure and coordinate the provision of functionalities for the modules:
- General accounting (FI-GL)
- Subsidiary accounting (FI-AA, FI-AP, FI-AR)
- Budgetary accounting (FM)
- Cost accounting (CO) and project management (PS)
- Real estate management REFX
- Treasury management/loans
- Support the implementation of SAP functionalities for all services of Fribourg
- Ensure SAP and non-SAP solutions with the S/4 finance modules
- Collaborate on the implementation and deployment of tools for supplier invoices
- Actively participate in the evolution and processes in place
- Contribute to support as desired.
