Anforderungen
Muss:
• 5+ years of experience in technology roles spanning crypto-native companies, centralized exchanges, investment funds, and relevant engineering roles.
• Experience in crypto & onchain protocols, including smart contracts, protocol development, and custody.
• Proven management, hiring, and people development skills.
• Strong project management and methodical problem-solving skills.
• Passion for blockchain and crypto technologies with the potential to drive meaningful impact.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with the capacity for independent and flexible thinking.
• Ability to work in an autonomous, methodical, and detail-oriented manner with a high level of precision.
• Willingness to be co-located in Zug at least a majority of the time.
• Integrity, humility, self-reflection, intellectual curiosity, honesty, and forthright communication.
• Fluency in English.
• Nice-to-haves: Strong quantitative, modeling, and analytical skills.

• Develop and execute the overall technology strategy and roadmap focused on blockchain and AI innovations.
• Architect and oversee the deployment of secure, scalable infrastructure for blockchain integrations, smart contracts, and data analytics.
• Lead and build a high-performing engineering team that fosters innovation, technical excellence, and thought leadership in crypto-economics.
• Ensure strict adherence to evolving regulatory requirements (e.g., FINMA) and industry best practices.
• Stay updated on emerging technologies in blockchain, DeFi, and cryptocurrency markets to drive innovation and maintain a competitive edge.
• Lead technical representation for corporate development, including presenting the company’s technical vision at major investor and industry events.
• Manage the technology budget, expenses, and business sustainability.
• Maintain adherence to security protocols to protect company and client data.
• Manage relationships with strategic vendors (custody, data analytics, compliance, etc.) and support third-party integrations for fund operations.
