Can I choose the hardware? What is your coding setup (IDE, OS, Build server, Cloud provider)?

Current tech stack: Our main web shops run on Shopify. We are considering moving away from Shopify - a decision which you will guide and lead. Further, tools we use: ActiveCampaign for email marketing, SMSBump for SMS marketing, Zendesk for customer support, Slack for internal communication, Asana for internal goal and project tracking, Google Drive for internal and external collaboration, along with several tools and apps for website and ERP optimization.

How can I grow as a developer at your company (career paths and learning opportunities)?

- We support learning. Several of our team members are enrolled in courses - Entrepreneurial way of working - Exposure to co-founders and all areas of the business - International team working from 4 continents

Do you prefer always writing your own software for everything or use frameworks if they fit?

We love speed and testing. We will always prefer to implement, test, tweak and if it makes data sense develop it.

What are your key values and what are some daily work examples of them?

- Data- and goal-driven: our entire company and brand is based on A/B tests to achieve any goal in a more efficient way - Responsible: as a brand and as people we are responsible and accountable for what we do - Entrepreneurial: proactivity and pioneering things no one has ever done before is our DNA. It just makes sense - Inclusive: our Tribe and our team is made of people of all backgrounds, genders, religions, mother tongues and ethnicities. We love that.

We've got people from 4 continents, all genders.

Do you offer any helpful initiatives for parents with young children?

No

What is your remote work policy?

We have a hub in Zurich where the entire team is welcome to work from. But no one has to work there every day. For team members who live outside of Switzerland we have a 100% work remote set-up.

If you do Agile - how is your agile process & release cycle? How much coding vs meetings/planning?

Our entire company and brand is built on A/B testing and Agile way of working. We are in constant feedback loops with the Tribe and among the team. We release changes on a daily basis, test, adapt. Generally its 90% of coding and 10% of planning. Weekly team meeting. Tuesday 11am-noon. Every week. This is our holy grail. Review last week's goals. Present this week's goals. Ask all others if there's anything one can help with.

Do you have some in-house tech workshops or hackathons? Is there an educational budget?

There is an educational budget and several of our employees have gone through programs of their choice or that were recommended to them. We have regular tech workshops. No hackathon so far but you’re welcome to organize the first one.

Can I work on my projects or open source for a part of time?

Yes - as long as you deliver on your TBô projects.

1st round: 30 minutes interview with one of the co-founders. 2nd round: 45 minutes with someone from your team. Final round: interview with case study and/or coding test depending on the role,
