What is your remote work policy?
We are a remote first company. So, working fully remote is our way to go.
At the same time we have an office in Zurich and Berlin, where you can come in to work, if you prefer a hybrid model.

Get the expense approved by your team lead and create an Asana ticket for Finance to get the 50$ reimbursed asap.
💼 How does the interview process at RaiseNow look like?
We have a 30min interview with the hiring manager first. We aim to schedule it a couple of days after your initial application.
Afterwards, we have a 2 hour assessment. Depending on the position, it's either a technical assessment without any preparation needed or a case study (for PM roles, e.g.).
The final step is a team interview to get to know more team members. This takes 45-60 minutes and needs no preparation.
