We support motorists and fleets in their transition to electric mobility. Our offering includes intelligent charging solutions and efficient billing services that not only make everyday life easier for drivers, but also optimize fleet management. This makes the switch to electric vehicles as simple and seamless as possible.
Technologies that we use
Can I choose the hardware? What is your coding setup (IDE, OS, Build server, Cloud provider)?
We use AWS including Infrastructure as Code approach to run our dockerized server based and serverless micrfoservices, to be able to spend most of our time writing code and not worrying about deployment and setup. In general we make use of a modern tech stack that fits our needs. OS is not really relevant for us, as we use it through AWS (AMI - Amazon Machine Images). Yes you can choose your hardware.

How can I grow as a developer at your company (career paths and learning opportunities)?
At our company, growth happens through initiative and impact. We don’t offer standardized training programs — instead, you grow by taking ownership, experimenting, and pushing ideas forward. The more you invest yourself, the more opportunities will open up — whether that’s leading a project, shaping a product direction, or exploring new technologies. We believe in giving talented people room to grow, learn fast, and make a real difference.
Do you prefer always writing your own software for everything or use frameworks if they fit?
Typically we try to make use of existing frameworks wherever possible. If something does not fit, however, we don’t shy away to build it custom.
What are your key values and what are some daily work examples of them?
Wow the customer = The customer is our focus, we want to solve their problems by connecting the dots in a way that they get positively surprised with our products
Own it = We put a lot of value that every single person owns and drives their own topic. You have a voice inside the company no matter what. You are responsible for bringing your inputs in, driving your solutions and vouching for your results
Be fast and brave = We rather build something 80% ready, launch it, get customer feedback and iterate on it instead of building a rolls royce solution
How diverse are your teams? What is the typical team size and structure?
Very diverse. Our company of approx 35 people consists of over 20 nationalities. Our main working language is English. The development team is typically a cross-functional team including PO, Full Stack Dev, Architect, UI/UX, Testing and consists of approx. 4-6 people.
Do you offer any helpful initiatives for parents with young children?
We follow the Swiss guidelines of maternity and paternity leave. In general, we offer a very high flexibility when it comes to working times, location and so on. You are responsible that your job is done well but you can mostly organise it the way you like.
What is your remote work policy?
minimum 3 days in Office. for certain jobs we are open for 100% remote job
If you do Agile - how is your agile process & release cycle? How much coding vs meetings/planning?
We follow our own version of agile that fits to the team. We run 2-weeks sprints, and perform dailies, sprint planning, sprint refinments and reviews. We try to achieve 80% coding vs. 20 % meetings.
Do you have some in-house tech workshops or hackathons? Is there an educational budget?
We do Tech Offsite atleast once a year to reflect back on previous months and discuss outlook for next year. We have done in the past 3 days hackathon internally as well as participated external hackathons. We are open for ideas and solutions that help our products, customers and company. We do have educational budget and support on a case by case basis.
Can I work on my projects or open source for a part of time?
No as it is a full-time position
What do I need to do to buy a 50$ educational book on company expense?
You need to have brief chat on Slack / email / F2F with your team lead about the relevance of the book, buy it and expense it with actual invoice.
After reviewing your documents, there is a first short virtual meeting with you. For developers we always do a take home test. This would be followed by a formal interview, where you will get deeper insights into tasks and meet other members of our team. The last step is a short interview with the members of the management to complete the process.
