Exigences
Obligatoire:
• MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
– Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Computer Science or a related technical field
– 2+ years of experience with frontend development
– Experience with Typescript, React, and firebase
– Passion, discipline, and dedication to clean code and simple architecture
– Strong critical thinking attitude and the ability to work independently
– Interest in EdTech
– Eligibility to work in Switzerland: Must be a Swiss/EU/EFTA citizen or hold a valid Swiss work permit
– Fluent in English
– Excited about working in a mainly on-site team.
Agréable d'avoir:
– Master’s degree in Computer Science or a related technical field – Experience with react-native – Experience with automated testing, CI/CD – Basic understanding of GermanResponsabilités
• Develop and implement intuitive and visually appealing user interfaces, as well as performant and scalable logical components for the app based on react-native
• Collaborate with back-end engineers to integrate APIs and ensure smooth connectivity
• Transform UI/UX designs into high-quality, responsive code for mobile devices
• Write and execute tests, perform debugging, and conduct code reviews
• Work closely with product owners, designers, and other engineers to deliver high-quality products
• Suggest improvements and new features to enhance product functionality

Interview Process Overview
• Coding Exercise: A timed coding challenge to assess your coding skills and problem-solving abilities
• Video Call: A friendly introductory call to discuss your experiences with a light technical question related to past projects
• Onsite Interviews:
– TECHNICAL: In-depth discussion of your past experiences; you may be asked to code a simple React component and redesign a screen from the app
– BEHAVIORAL: An interview assessing cultural fit, led by Sam, focusing on authenticity, openness, collaboration, and the ability to admit mistakes
• Experience Day:
– Spend a full day with the team, working on a brief assignment such as prototyping a new feature or improving a screen in the app
– Engage with the team during collective activities such as lunch and post-assignment discussions to evaluate mutual fit and work culture
